Welcome to Leadify! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using Leadify, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Definitions

  • "Leadify" refers to our platform, including the website and services.
  • "User" or "You" refers to customers and service providers using Leadify.
  • "Service Provider" refers to professionals offering services through our platform.
  • "Customer"refers to individuals seeking services.

3. Service Overview

Leadify connects customers with service providers. We facilitate lead generation, communication, and transactions but are not responsible for the actual services provided.

4. User Responsibilities

By using Leadify, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • Use the platform lawfully and ethically.
  • Communicate and transact honestly with other users.
  • Not engage in fraud, harassment, or misuse of the platform.

5. Service Provider Terms

  • Signing up as a service provider is free, but Leadify takes a 20% commission on the total job cost after successful completion.
  • Providers must deliver high-quality services and maintain professionalism.
  • Failure to complete jobs or receiving excessive complaints may result in account suspension.

6. Payments & Fees

  • Customers are charged based on the agreed-upon service fee.
  • Service providers receive payments minus Leadify’s 20% commission.
  • Payments are processed securely through third-party providers. Leadify does not store payment details.

Payments, Deposits & Fees

  • Before a job goes ahead, Leadify requires a deposit to secure the booking. This ensures commitment from both the customer and the service provider.
  • The deposit amount will be deducted from the total job cost upon completion.
  • If a job is cancelled, customers must notify Leadify at least 48 hours in advance.
  • If a cancellation is not communicated within 48 hours, the deposit will be non-refundable to compensate both Leadify and the service provider for lost time and potential earnings.
  • If a job is cancelled with proper notice, the deposit may be refunded or credited toward a future booking, at Leadify’s discretion.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

  • If a service is cancelled before completion, refunds are subject to the provider’s policy.
  • Leadify may issue partial or full refunds for invalid leads or disputes, at its discretion.
  • Disputes between users should first be resolved between the parties before escalating to Leadify.

8. Liability & Disclaimers

  • Leadify is a platform only and does not directly provide services. We are not liable for any issues arising from services booked through the platform.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of service providers.
  • Users engage with each other at their own risk.

9. Privacy Policy

Your use of Leadify is also governed by our Term and conditions which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. We comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, ensuring that your information is processed securely and lawfully.

10. Termination of Use

Leadify reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. We may also remove any content that is inappropriate, fraudulent, or misleading.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Leadify after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
